Jangsa Port - Snorkeling Spot ♡Sentimental Sunset♡ - You can sit on a wooden platform filled with the cozy scent of cypress and admire the view of Yeongnangho Lake and Mt. Seorak, as well as the picturesque sunset over Ulsanbawi Rock. - Although it is not an ocean view, you can reach the refreshing sea within a 1-minute walk. - Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion, a famous spot for sunrises, is also within walking distance. - At night, take a walk to explore the street food stalls. - While the exterior may appear worn due to the building's age, the interior has been fully remodeled, ensuring satisfaction for every guest. - Move-in is conducted remotely. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - The room is designed for 3 people and features a queen bed with a single mattress. Families are welcome without extra cost, but you must bring your own additional bedding. - As we are not a lodging business, towels, disposable items, and personal hygiene products are not provided. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring your own. - If you will be arriving late, we recommend parking on the 1st floor or by the beach rather than in the underground parking lot. The underground parking lot is quite dark. - Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors. - Please be mindful of noise late at night. - Pets are not allowed. - Cooking is permitted in the guest rooms. However, to maintain a pleasant environment, cooking or steaming fish, snow crab, or red crab, or grilling meat is prohibited. (We ask for your understanding for the next guest.👏) - Please make sure to wash dishes, dispose of food waste, and separate recyclables before checking out. (Please dispose of them in the outdoor recycling area on the 1st floor.) - The air conditioner in the guest rooms is for indoor use and may produce noise.
